Allen Cress is a multi strength sport athlete as well as a highly sought after trainer. Allen owns Maximum Performance Training, LLC where he offers both online and one-on-one training. He has an eclectic variety of clients ranging from bodybuilders to high school, college, and professional athletes. He also works frequently with injured clients referred to him by both orthopedists and physical therapists.

Allen Cress - Multi Strength Sport Athlete/Trainer

Allen Cress - Multi Strength Sport Athlete/TrainerAllen’s credentials are an impressive combination of both academia and real world experience. He has a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky (concentration in exercise science and biomechanics) and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Trainer. He has also mentored under the watchful eye of Scott Abel (www.ScottAbel.com), one of the most respected trainers and coaches in the business.

Allen sports a physique that is the envy of just about anyone who sees it. Not overly massive, his symmetry and conditioning project a beautiful physique reminiscent of a Greek sculpture. This physique has won him the light heavyweight class of several amateur bodybuilding contests.

Allen uses 4-5 scoops of Nitrean Protein per day to ensure his body is fuelled with high quality protein and Nitor to maintain his lean physique and to give him the energy to get through his workouts. Fish Oil and Multi-Plus are used for general health and Maximus is often pulled out if quality weight gain is the goal.

Allen isn’t just about looks, his muscles can perform with competition best lifts of a 560 lbs squat, 545 lbs deadlift, and a 400 lbs bench press all at a body weight of 180 lbs!

You can find Allen on the Wannabebig forums doling out extremely well articulated and informative advice on everything from how to get bigger biceps to how to get that 6-pack you have always wanted.

He also maintains a training journal so you can see exactly how he trains, eats and supplements - Allen Cress - Contest prep 2010!
