Joe Vennare - Endurance Athlete
Joe Vennare is a multisport endurance athlete competing in triathlon, ultra-marathon, and adventure racing. Joe’s motivation to train and compete in endurance sports is fueled by a desire to test his physical abilities and mental toughness. His drive has shaped his life, fitness, and coaching philosophy, Endure. Overcome. Dominate.
Joe’s training and race preparation is based on a hybrid approach that combines skills from various modalities into a program that builds a more complete athlete. Rather than focusing entirely on long, slow endurance sessions, Joe’s training includes Olympic weight lifting, CrossFit workouts, and resisted runs with a weighted vest or sled, as well as bodyweight and kettlebell exercise.
Joe’s passion for fitness extends well beyond training and competition. In addition to his athletic pursuits, he is a successful entrepreneur, accomplished fitness professional and freelance writer. As the co-founder of Hybrid Athlete, LLC. Joe spends each day doing what he loves; working with highly ambitious, goal oriented individuals as they define and achieve their fitness goals. As co-creator of Kettlebell Cardio, Joe presents instructional workshops for this nationally recognized fitness program and instructor certification.
