  • Mike Symons - Success Story

    In today's hustle and bustle world staying fit and healthy can be a real challenge. No one knows this better than Mike Symons. Like so many of us Mike works full-time (as a software engineer) and has a family (a wife and two children). Finding time to exercise and eat right had eluded Mike for years and it showed.

(by Chris Shugart from T-Nation.com) This plan known as is basically a liquid diet (please consult with your physician before attempting any form of strict dieting). It limited Mike to 1900 calories on workout days and 1600 calories on other days. This spartan plan allowed for only 1 solid meal per week.

    The plan included dietary supplements and Mike chose AtLarge Nutrition's products. He chose them for their high quality and reasonable price. Mike included Nitrean, Opticen, Thermocin, and Multi-Plus in his arsenal.

    "Thermocin is great! Despite being on below-maintenance level calories and very low carbs I found myself powering through my workouts.
